Iberostar is an all inclusive resort as are many on the island. All your food and beverages (except certain wines) are included in the base price and it’s possible to stay and not have to spend anything additional. Most of the beach and water sports except the diving are included as well. Dressell Divers is located on premises. The accomodations were superb and the staff were totally commited to service from the concierge to the maids. The food was good and reasonably varied but didn’t have much varietal change over the week. Most of the competitor resorts have more choices of restaurants and styles. The only bad experience we had food wise was at the steak house. My wife had to send her steak back to cook more and by the time she got it back everyone including her was through eating so she didn’t get to have hers.

The grounds have a variety of wildlife roaming freely

We were fortunate to stay in the President’s Suite which is very nice with a private beach area and pool. However, it isn’t cheap. The standard rooms are pretty much like you find everywhere - small but comfy.

This is how every day closed. It just doesn’t get much better.
