Mary’s Place stands up from the sand bottom on the shore side like a huge boulder coming to within 30 feet of the surface. On the outside or sea side it drops off sharply into deep blue water. Distinctively, there is a large crack crossing this huge boulder which is a dramatic swimthru which starts at about 40 feet and terminates or exits at 100 feet over the dropoff. Because of the abuse of so many divers going through, the dives are now limited to keep the remainder of the soft corals from being stripped from the walls.
