Butler Bay is the shallow bay on which Fredericsted sits. It is a shallow (40 - 60 foot) sandy bay with only sparse coral. It’s main feature is the multiple wrecks scattered throughout. They are so closely spaced you can visit two or even three on one dive. While not huge dramatic wrecks they still entice divers and well worth the day spent on them. You can easily do four dives in one day and visit as many as a dozen sites.
The Northwind is a small tug still in excellent condition and open enough to penetrate evn for the amateur.

The Cables - an abandoned submarine listening array. While only a collection of geometrically layed out cables, they are home to a large variety of marine life including the ball coral which grows on the cables themselves.
